FOSOA is a project that promotes and integrates African food in Ireland, then Europe. The mission is to inspire the curious foodie, with unique but simple homemade food experiences.

FOSOA needed a redesign for its website. The previous website had a 100% bounce rate; the key content and user flow wasn’t considered and was lacking in effective brand storytelling. To add, the monthly visits were up to 100 views on a good month.

With user research and data visualisation, I redesigned the website using wireframes to guide the user flow methodology. The results were astounding, with a 75% decrease in bounce rate to less than 15%, return visits with an average of 5,000 views per month since January 2018 and increased user engagement.
